Cleaning Terms and Conditions
Price:
Our quotes are based on the average room size for Australian homes.
If a room is substantially bigger than provided for on the quotation, we reserve the right to charge more for our service based on the additional size.
If the conditions of the property are substantially different to those described, we also reserve the right to change our quote to accommodate these conditions.
Cost:
Payment is up front, in cash, unless agreed otherwise. Our team is not required to start any service until they have received payment.
Bank transfer of payment must be agreed upon before the service is provided and in the event of any agreement to the contrary, must be transferred and cleared 24 hours before the service delivery.
Providing us access to your home:
You must give us access to your home for the duration of the appointment. Otherwise, you must provide us with keys to access the property. We are required to charge a $50 fee for a cancellation or postponement of our service.
In addition, we require running water and electricity be made available at all times during the course of the appointment. We will charge a fee of $50 if this is not the case.
Cancelling your appointment:
A $50 cancellation/re-scheduling fee applies if you cancel our service within 24 hours of the appointment.
If any property is dangerous for the safety, health, or wellbeing of our staff, we can refuse to do it.
If anything unexpected occurs or the size or condition of the property is different to that quoted to us, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
Refunds:
No refunds will be considered if we have completed the job and left unless stated otherwise in these terms.
The services are deemed to be satisfied unless our customer has stated otherwise within 24 hours of the service being delivered.
The customer must allow for us to come in and do a re-clean of the property before contracting with a third party provider.
Should any damage occur to the property, we will either mend the damage or provide monetary compensation.
Our professional staff are very careful however sometimes accidents happen. You should make sure very valuable items or those of particular sentimental value are put away out of harm.
You must make your property available should we need to do a redo of the clean.
We will not be liable for damage to carpets where furniture is put back on them when not completely dry and you have been told as much.
Cleaning items:
If you require your fridge/freezer to be cleaner, you are responsible for emptying and defrosting it in advance.
Our gardening service quotations do not include the removal of collected waste, if you require this service you must request it additionally.
Standard Home Cleaning Service:
If we have agreed to let you use an account for payment, the customer’s particular's ie, address and postcode of the property should appear in the reference field.
If a meeting in advance to discuss the job is required by the customer, this would be done on the same day as the service to avoid charging extra travelling costs.
We do not usually provide detergents and equipment with regular cleaning services. If you require chemicals and equipment this is an additional $5 per hour on top of the price.
Domestic cleaning services will be conducted on the same day and time each week/fortnight unless we have mutually agree to change it.
Please note that due to our restricted time schedule we are not usually able to reschedule weekend appointments or appointments at popular times.
We require more than 24 hours’ notice of any postponement or cancellation, failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
We have a minimum of 2 hours service per regular appointment.
